Ernest & Sharon Fridge have been the Pastors of Conroe First since 2016. Their hearts are to see people fulfill their God-given purpose through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Ernest and Sharon Fridge have been married since 1988 and have three children, a son-in-law, and one granddaughter. Their life and marriage have been filled with pursuing God's presence and fulfilling the call God has placed on their lives. 

Ernest and Sharon are both Ordained Ministers with the Assemblies of God. Ernest holds a degree in Finance and Bible; and has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years. Sharon has a Business degree and is a worldwide speaker at women's conferences and churches. Together they are a powerful couple looking to bring the Gospel to all of Conroe.
